Artificial Intelligence Policy — Documentation eaQbe (doc.eaqbe.com)

Last updated: September 16, 2025

1. Purpose

This policy defines how artificial intelligence systems (LLMs, agents, bots, metasearch engines) may access, use, and reuse the public content of doc.eaqbe.com. It complements our robots.txt file (traditional search engines) and our llms.txt file (AI guidance).

2. Scope

We authorize access to and use of the public content of this site by AI agents for display, research, and response purposes, subject to compliance with this policy, applicable laws (including GDPR), and our Terms of Use.

Access to private or protected areas, as well as abusive scraping or circumvention of technical measures, is prohibited.

3. Reuse and citation

AI systems may quote, summarize, or paraphrase our public content, provided that they:

  • clearly mention the source doc.eaqbe.com,
  • do not alter the meaning of the content.

Any mass republication, commercial use, or training of AI models with our content requires prior written permission.

4. Personal data

Personal data collected through our forms (e.g., contact details) must never be scraped or used for AI model training.

Any automated processing must comply with GDPR, including data minimization, user information, and security requirements.

5. Frequency and service integrity

Agents must respect a reasonable access rate. We may block any bot causing excessive load, ignoring our directives, or behaving abusively.

Compliance with our robots.txt and llms.txt files is expected.

6. Specific directives by agent

We declare our preferences through robots.txt and llms.txt. For guidance:

  • OpenAI: OAI-SearchBot is authorized for discovery, GPTBot is subject to our explicit choice (allow or block).
  • Google: Google-Extended may be allowed or blocked for use in AI products, independently of traditional indexing.
  • Anthropic (ClaudeBot), PerplexityBot, and CCBot (Common Crawl) are expected to respect robots.txt.

These controls are declarative: we cannot guarantee compliance by all operators.

7. Prohibited uses

Any use contrary to the law or this policy is prohibited, including:

  • collection of sensitive data,
  • commercial exploitation without agreement,
  • reverse engineering of protections,
  • large-scale unauthorized extraction.

8. Security

We reserve the right to block by user-agent, IP address, or other technical measures any agent that does not comply with this policy.

9. Updates

This policy may evolve to adapt to emerging standards (llms.txt, learners.txt, etc.) and legal obligations. The update date will be displayed at the top of this page.
